Milk Stout
Black Bridge Brewery is a new brewery from Swift Current, SK. Dark in colour doesn’t mean it is always stronger, and this stout is a great example of that. It is roasty, with hints of dark chocolate and dried fruit. The taste has a sweetness from the roasted malt and the lactose helps sweeten it, while giving the beer it’s wonderful creamy mouthfeel. The beer is 5.3%, 25IBUs, and uses 2 row pale and crystal malts, and warrior hops.
Fire in the Rye
Fire in the Rye is a rye pale ale, single hopped with Centennial hops. The roasted rye added to the malt gives the beer a spicy characteristic that balances the floral and citrus notes from the hops. It is 6.1% and 60IBUs. The beer is unfiltered.
Rich fruit with whiffs of brandy, baking spices, and lingering caramelized sweetness.
Red currant, mulberry and raspberry scented nose, followed by fresh, full body of red currant, morello cherries, and a hint of lemon zest to finish.
Intensely fragrant with quince, lychee, and lemon zest on the nose, paired with apple, and pink grapefruit in the mouth.
Rich nose of mango, pineapple and vanilla with hints of toast & floral aromas, with a full bodied lingering palate of fresh fruit.
A bright, dry sparkling blend of Parellada/Macabeo/Xarel.lo with medium body, and crisp finish. The bouquet evokes white peach, green apple, melon & lime on the nose, followed by rich apple, honeydew, and mineral notes on the palate.
Spicy, toasty, full-bodied and fruity, this is a wine that is packed with plums, fresh red fruits, and a great burst of ripe acidity. Delicious and very accessible.
A lot of elegance for this amber white pineau, old or dark tone, with subtle aromas of vanilla, wood. Full nose, candied yellow fruit flavor. Particularly good with roquefort, foie gras (peppery), sorbets.
Brancaia TRE is a blend of 80% Sangiovese and 20% Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The basis for this wine, are the grapes from our three estates: Brancaia (Castellina), Poppi (Radda) and Brancaia in Maremma (Grosseto)
Aromas of cedar with accents of acacia and hawthorn. With extraordinary minerality on the palate, this is an excellent wine to pair with fresh cheeses like Mozzarella di Bufala and is also very good with shellfish and seafood
This Pinot Noir was aged in French oak barrels for 9 months. The wine shows pure fruit aromas, lovely perfumed forest floor characteristics and hints of smoky spice. Earthy flavours of wild strawberry and spice on the palate end in a long, refined finish.
Fresh nose of tart cherry and mandarin orange with a toasty note. Very open palate, raspberry and strawberry, blood orange and cantelope.
A light and informal Valpolicella blend with a bright ruby color and crisp aromas of forest fruit and sour blueberry. It’s a thin, easygoing wine that would pair with four cheeses pizza.
Light and frothy with flavours of green apple and pear. Ideal as an aperitif or with a delicate fish such as sole.
The color is a lively and brilliant dark ruby-red.
The perfume is fresh and intense with clean scents of wild berries, currants and sour black cherry.
A light hint of vanilla and toasted oak.
The flavor is warm and robust, full-bodied, pleasant and balanced.
This dry white wine has a straw yellow color. Its clean, intense aroma and bone-dry taste (with an appealing flavor of Golden Delicious apples) makes montresor Pinot Grigio a wine of great personality and versatility.

Technical notes Fermentation in stainless steel vats, ageing in oak barrels for 12 months
The grapes are harvested in the vineyards of Villa Chiopris, with only the best grapes being selected. The must is cleaned through cold settling in order to create the sparkling wine base. Fermentation is carried out at low temperature. When the fermentation is complete, the product is filtered and placed in autoclaves and subjected to a sparkling process at a controlled temperature between 14° and 3°C degrees. At the end of this period, the wine is bottled and then there is a further period of refining in the bottle before the wine is distributed.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
It has a straw-yellow color with a fine, vivacious perlage.Its bouquet is typical, harmonious and fruity. The taste is fruity, vaguely aromatic and vivacious.
Apricots, crystallized citrus peel and a little nuttiness on the nose of this fortified wine from Portugal. the palate has great structure with a long finish of dried fruit and orange peel, with hints of toffee, caramel, and honey. Full bodied and lush with lots of sweet fruit and a subtle finish that goes on and on. Fabulous representation of a 10 year Tawny Port
Plush, full and smooth body. This wine has balanced out in the bottle after 14 months in French and American oak. Dark unctuous smoky fruit with notes of gingerbread and black pepper.
